To be frank, I'm glad that someone at least attempted a courtroom drama with an A star which has the potential to bring out multiple seasons, and the cliffhanger of the first season teasing the villain of the next season was great as well. I appreciate it from this perspective that, previous courtroom dramas attempted in Bangladesh were absolutely horrible. The story was common but told well. Mosharraf Karim, Shahnaz Sumi, and Sayed Zaman Shawon were standout performers. Mobaroknama movie download drive link

Having said that, there are issues which need to be addressed. Like, when you are using Mosharraf Karim, use his full potential, and make his character iconic like done in Mohanagar, this was missing. Secondly, I loved the trauma flashback scenes, very well edited and staged but linking the effect of trauma in the redemption of Mobarok was missing. There is a silly mistake in the characterization of Shilpi Sarkar Apu. Shabnam Faria & Shomu Chowdhury were not used at all.
Still, I would say this was one of the better works of 2023. You would feel the conviction behind their work. I hope they will make a better next season.
